Most people remember her as Kishaya Dudley from Michael Jackson's "You Rock My World" video and a bunch of iconic music videos from the late '90s and early 2000s, but now she’s Kishaya Perry—still rocking the world, just in a different way. Kishaya's from the Bronx, NY, and always had that Hollywood dream in her back pocket. She actually wanted to be a DJ first (hip-hop forever!), but ended up taking on the big screens instead.

 

Kishaya eventually stepped away from the entertainment industry to focus on her growing family, putting the glitz and glam on hold for something even more important. Then in 2018, she got hit with a devastating stage 4 breast cancer diagnosis. But let me tell you, Kishaya continues to fight. She’s still here, surviving, and figuring out what life looks like after cancer, with all the highs and lows that come with it. Only through the grace of God is she still here. All thanks to the the Lord Jesus Christ.  

 

These days, Kishaya’s all about re-igniting that creativity, inspiring others to fight for the life they deserve, and showing women—especially those of us going through changes, whether it's age or anything else—that we can still be vibrant, thriving woman. She’s building the Glow and Grow Over 40 community to share lifestyle hacks, recipes, music, and a little inspiration for anyone who needs it. Just because we’re in the second act doesn’t mean we’re slowing down. Nope, we’re still glowing, still growing, and still trying to live the best life we can.
